2. Exercise [At least an Hour a Day]
3. Spending QT With Family & Friends
4. Take a Break From your Grind sometimes-Too Much Work and No Play=Inbalance
5. Get a Hobby-Read a book, Dance Lessons, Grow a Garden,Build Model Planes,Draw, Sculpt. Honestly anything that Calms & Stimulates the mind -{This is your "at Peace" time of the day}
I believe if you do these things..You Will Be able to find an Equilibrium with in your self.
Your Day will be filled with positive activities and it will propel your life forward.
